3. What data does Southwestern Advantage Europe collect?

3.1. Usage Information – information that is related to how visitors use our services such as web browsing statistics that we need to gather to know the most relevant information to our visitors, how often they visit, what browser and device they use, and what content they primarily read in order to improve the websites and service environments and make them more user-friendly.
Southwestern collects this data using Google Analytics, an automated tool that allows Southwestern to record and analyze how visitors use the site.

3.2. General information and contacts – we do not process sensitive personal data as defined by the EU REGULATION 2016/679 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.3. Device information – the server hosting the Southwestern website may store requests made by the Visitor to the server. Device information is related to the devices that the Visitors use to access the services, including IP addresses, browser type, device used, access time, etc. This information is used for technical purposes only – to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and to investigate possible security incidents. IP addresses are not associated with personally identifiable information except in service environments where this is an additional security measure.

3.4. Cookies – are small text files that a website saves on a Visitor's computer or mobile device when a Visitor visits the website. The service provider is also subject to the contractual obligations designed to ensure privacy.

4.4. Southwestern Advantage Europe may also disclose your information to third parties if required by law or court order, but we do not sell it to advertisers or other third parties. Our goal is to protect all our Visitors and provide reliable services.

4.5. Southwestern Advantage Europe will take all the reasonable steps to protect the processed personal data. The personal data of all users will be treated as confidential information.



5. How long does Southwestern Advantage Europe store data?

Southwestern Advantage Europe will use the collected data for up to five years. If the Visitor Information is no longer needed by us for the purpose for which it was collected, we will delete the information sooner.



6. Rights of the Data Subject and how one can exercise their rights

6.2. In some cases, you may have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data or to challenge the processing of your personal data.

6.3. You may exercise your rights in accordance with the requirements of the applicable European Union and local legislation.

6.4. If you wish to opt-out of direct marketing offers for all or some topics, you can do so immediately through the link at the bottom of each marketing letter sent to you. The change will take effect immediately.

Southwestern Advantage Europe understands the need to protect children's privacy, especially in the online environment. Our website is not purposely designed or targeted to children under the age of 13. The policy of Southwestern Advantage Europe is to not knowingly gather, collect, or store information about anyone under the age of 13.



9. Possible changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as necessary. The dates at the beginning of this document indicate the last modification and approval of this Privacy Policy.
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on www.southwesternadvantage.eu. Significant changes to our Privacy Policy will be announced at least 14 days before they become effective.



10. Exceptions

These policies do not apply to the processing of legal entities data, nor do they apply to the processing of personal data on websites referred to on our website (external links). The person representing the company (as a subscriber to the service) is not a natural person but an authorized representative of a legal person whose processing of personal data is not regulated by the EU REGULATION 2016/679.
